Responsible for supporting and executing cluster marketing and communications activities across two Rotana properties in Fujairah. The role includes brand communications, integrated campaigns, digital content, social media, photography, video production, online visibility, guest communication and the practical use of AI-assisted marketing workflows.

This is a single cluster position covering both Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa and Nour Arjaan by Rotana.

Supported the pre-opening marketing and communications team by assisting with the setup of marketing systems, platforms and operational foundations for the new property. This was a temporary task-force assignment that took place while Alisher remained in his current Rotana cluster role.

• Supported marketing and communications campaigns for the resort.
• Developed AI-assisted initiatives for customer-database growth, lead verification and campaign targeting.
• Used campaign data to improve database quality and marketing decision-making.
• Explored API and CRM integrations for social media, messaging and guest enquiries.
• Managed festive-season marketing activities in collaboration with influencers and content creators.
• Contributed to strong social-media audience growth — increased the hotel's social-media following by approximately 80% over seven to eight months.
• Supported the hotel's visibility on Yandex for Russian-speaking and CIS markets.

• Managed digital marketing and e-commerce activities across social media, paid search, programmatic advertising, CRM, SEO and website content.
• Maintained hotel website content through the content-management system.
• Supported online room and restaurant bookings through digital platforms and third-party partnerships.
• Trained and supported marketing trainees in e-commerce systems and digital-marketing workflows.
• Contributed to the concept, branding, menu development and marketing launch of a new bar.
• Integrated WhatsApp API with a CRM platform for database communication and promotions. An internal CRM communication initiative reported approximately 10% ROI.
• Coordinated a 360-degree property photoshoot and virtual-tour implementation.
• Produced selected marketing materials in-house to support timely, brand-aligned campaigns.

Independent research and insights work alongside Alisher's full-time Rotana cluster position. This does not replace his full-time role.
