What I'm building
A portfolio of active and ongoing projects across hospitality marketing, AI-assisted workflows, content, photography, and published writing.
AI-powered marketing workflows
Alisher is exploring and documenting AI-assisted workflows that help hospitality marketers move faster without sacrificing quality. These systems combine large language models, image generation tools, automation platforms, and structured prompts to support content ideation, drafting, editing, and distribution.
The goal is not to replace human creativity but to remove repetitive friction. A well-designed AI workflow can generate ten headline options, produce a first draft of a blog post, resize a hero image, or summarize guest feedback. The strategist then steps in to choose, refine, and align the output with brand voice and business goals.
Current experiments include prompt libraries for hospitality copy, automated content calendars, AI-assisted email campaigns, and visual asset generation for social media. Alisher documents what works, what fails, and why — turning individual experiments into team knowledge.

Alisher runs and contributes to YouTube channels that explore marketing, technology, hospitality, and creative storytelling. These channels serve two purposes: they are a learning laboratory for video production, and they are a distribution channel for ideas that help others.
Content ranges from educational explainers about AI tools for marketers to hospitality case studies, behind-the-scenes production notes, and personal reflections on building a digital career. The formats are intentionally varied to test what resonates with different audiences.
Video production also sharpens his eye for pacing, thumbnails, scripting, and audience retention — skills that translate directly into better hotel video content, social reels, and advertising creative.

Hotel campaigns are where strategy, creativity, and operations meet. Alisher has worked on campaigns for luxury properties covering leisure, dining, wellness, events, and seasonal offers. Each campaign begins with a clear objective — awareness, occupancy, revenue, or reputation — and builds a channel plan around it.
His campaign process includes audience definition, message architecture, content production, channel selection, timing, and measurement. He favors campaigns that can be broken into modular assets: one strong concept produces a hero video, a set of social posts, email headers, website banners, and on-property materials.
Notable themes include beach and wellness weekends, culinary experiences, family staycations, and corporate retreat packages. Each is designed to highlight a genuine property strength rather than invent demand where none exists.

Photography is one of Alisher's most practical creative skills. He shoots properties, events, food, interiors, portraits, and behind-the-scenes moments for hospitality marketing. His approach combines technical control with an instinct for the decisive moment: the shot that tells a story without needing a caption.
He plans shoots with marketing objectives in mind. A campaign for a beach club needs golden-hour lifestyle shots. A corporate package needs clean meeting spaces and working lunches. An awards submission needs strong composition and minimal distraction. Understanding the end use shapes every decision on set.
Selected work is shown in the Gallery section. Alisher is also developing a more structured photography archive system so assets remain searchable, reusable, and properly credited across campaigns.
