A standard smaller project may begin from approximately one week after the concept and materials are approved. Large books, high page counts, complex characters and printed orders will require additional time.

Standard coloring-book projects include two structured revision rounds. Additional revisions, major storyline changes or changes requested after approval may require an additional fee.

Commercial-use rights are available for businesses and clients who intend to distribute or resell the completed book. The exact rights, exclusivity and permitted use must be confirmed in the project quotation.

2. We discuss the audience, purpose, style and page count. A short call or brief defines the direction before production begins.

3. The team develops the concept and page structure. Storyline, activities and visual direction are planned and approved.

4. The visual direction is approved. Characters, style and layout are confirmed before pages are produced.

5. The coloring book is designed. Pages, cover and activities are created by the relevant specialists.

6. The client reviews the first version. Feedback is collected for the included revision rounds.

7. Included revisions are completed. Adjustments are made within the agreed revision scope.

8. Final digital or print-ready files are delivered. Files are prepared in the agreed formats.

9. Printing is arranged when included in the quotation. Print coordination is available as a separate line item.
